Match 116- Cream Vs Haroosh

Cream: Please take it easy on me... [Draws sword]
Bob: I still can't belive that she's learned how to sword fight...
Bill: I know but as Stardart's Explained it, nowadays if you're gonna survive in this Universe you need to be able to defend yourself... That and Stardart said that She had Natural Ability... perhaps there's more to her then we think...
Bob: Possibly... Who knows what the Future will hold
Fred: FIGHT!

[Who has Haroosh?]

OOC: I do.

Haroosh drew his double vibroblade and charged Cream.

[Cream Jumps Up and over and Lands at a large distance away from Haroosh]

Haroosh pulled out a flash grenade and chucked it at Cream.

[Cream Quickly covers her eyes and isn't blinded]

When Cream had her eyes covered Haroosh ran up and slashed her with all of his might.

[From Behind Cream, Cheese comes out and Counterattacks]

Haroosh got hit in the back of the head. He started to flail about.

[Cream gets just a Glance and Instincts take over, She sashes Haroosh with her blade]
SD: Yup, those instincts are taking over... I've taught her well...

Haroosh stopped flailing after getting hit. He swung his blade at Cream.

[Cream Quickly counterattacks with a Spindash]
Bill: Even with a Blade she still has those "Sonic" Elements at her disposal...

Haroosh rolled out of the way, throwing a Thermal Detonator at Cream.

[Cream used the momentum from her spindash to keep going and to try and avoid the blast as much as she could. Regardless, She does a wall jump and runs towards Haroosh, Sword ready.]

Haroosh pulled out his blaster and fired on Cream.

[Cream did a forward Rollto avoid, she turns it into a spin and slams into Haroosh]
Sonic: I taught her that one...

Haroosh slid back, then he tried tackling Cream to the ground

[Hounestly, is that the Smartest thing to do to a Sword user? Cream Points her sword at Haroosh as he Attempted to tackle her, impaleing him...]

It was a critical hit, but Haroosh was still able to fight. Haroosh had Cream pinned and started clawing and biting at her.

[Cheese got in the way, Headbutting Haroosh, both Cream and Cheese use all thier strength to push Haroosh off]

Despite Cream's surprising strength, Haroosh was still stronger. He knew he would be. So he grabbed onto Cream and pushed down. He bit into her and tried crushing Cheese between their two bodies.

[Cream tried to withdraw her sword from Haroosh (As it still was impaleing him), if it worked she brings it down on his head (Blade 1st)]

She managed to wriggle it out a little. Haroosh bit and clawed deeper.

[Cheese was able to unsqueeze himself, He Makes a Little Mini Tornado over Haroosh (Trying to blow him off Cream)]

The tornado shook the two up. Now Cream was on top, but Haroosh still clawed at his oppenent sinking his teeth deeper.

[Cream now should have an easyer time of bringing her sword out now tha Haroosh isn't on top of her, she still tries to bring it down on harooshe's head, blade 1st]

Haroosh was impaled through the head. He, of course, died.

Fred: GAME SET! The winner is Cream
[Cream stands up with a look of horror on her face as she realizes what she's done. however she calmly walks out of the arena]
SD: ... [Walks out of the Stands]
Kefka: [had seen the look on Cream's Face then saw SD walk off] Hmm? perhaps? meh heh heh heh. I love the way I think some times... [Disappears into the Darkness]
Bill: Any Idea who Cream is Facing Bob?
Bob: Indeed I do Bill. She'll be facing Wolf in the next round
Bill: Oh the Irony.
Bob: It would be Interesting if she won...
Bill: Yeah but knowing Wolf, he's not gonna go easy on her...
bob: yeah and taking Species into account, he might be harder on her...
Bill: Never the less, it will be a good fight indeed
[A bit later]
[Cream is crying by herself (With the exception of Cheese being there]
??: What's with the tears? are you sad about something? [It's SD]
[Cream looks up and quickly dries her tears (despite the fact her eyes make more)]
Cream: Oh, Mr. Sta-
SD: Hey, I thought I said No "Mr." with me, we're Friends, call me SD
Cream: sorry, SD.
SD: And as you know, friends are always there to lend an ear so, why not tell me what troubles you now...
Cream: it's... about the training you gave me.... I have... doubts.
SD: Doubt is no good, it can lead to one's self-demise. best to confront them before any other battle, so what is it that you doubt?
Cream: All of it.
SD; That's a rather big doubt. why?
Cream: It's, just not like me... I don't like anyone getting hurt, it hurts me to see such things, and yet here I am, causing the one thing I hate to see.
SD: And having it dealt on to you as well..
Cream: yes... and... after I saw what I did to him...
SD: I'll admit, that was a harsh blow but it was either that or continue to take a beating from him.
Cream: the sight of him there. it was a sign of what's to come if I keep doing this, I know it...
SD: Cream, I can tell what you are going through right now... indeed it's a rather large change from what you're used to but keep in mind the reasons that you accepted the way of the blade in the 1st place...

SD: Aye, that's a Tough word to know. So let me confirm this. Your reason to fight is for the Safety and welfare of you and your Loved ones correct?
Cream: yes.
SD: Keep in mind that if your stray willingly stray from that Path during training that I reserve the right not to train you any longer AND that if you willingly stray from that path AFTER your training that I may have to cut you down myself. do you accept those terms and swear ON your blade that you fallow your reasons for the way of the Blade?
Cream: I do.
SD: I have no doubt that you stay true to your word and your reasons. and it's a good thing to with such Dark times ahead. we need more people like you, willing and able to defend what you believe in and those you love.

SD: you came to be wanting to be able to protect you and your loved ones. if you remember the reasons that you fight, you shall never stray from your path. even if Your actions or other People may lead you astray, your Noble Reasons will keep you on track so long as you keep them in your heart...
Cream: but what about here? who am I defending here?
SD: Cream the best thing to keep in mind in this Tournament is that it's a "Friendly" competition. similer to what Sonic and the others do, Similer to Smash Bros... it's just that everyone isn't always friendly. what HE did shwos you what some monsters may do out in the wild. they won't hold back, they don't want to let you attack, and unlike here, they want to Kill you. The Number 1 reason I hold these tournaments is to get eveyone ready for the Seamingly ENDLESS supply of Monsters wanting to kill us all. so if you keep that in mind along with your reasons then you'll be just fine...
Cream: Thanks SD... I feel better now *Sniff**Sniff*
SD: Good... So no more doubts.
Cream: No more doubts. I've got to remember why I'm fighting. and why I'm in the Tournament...
SD: Ah so there's a Specific reason you're in the tournament? Good Idea to hold onto that too. What reason is that might I ask?
Cream: The Prize money. it's getting harder of Mother to Pay bills on Mobius
SD: That reason? You know I offered her a place in the Network for Free but she Respectfully declined my offer, I haven't made another one since... It's probably best that you work hard to get that money. It show that you do care about her so much and in the long run, she'd be more willing to accept help from you then me. so do me a Favor, do your best to WIN. I know you can do it. all of your Friends are rooting for you, they're supporting you and your reasons all the way. after all, that's what Friends are for...
Cream: Thank yo SD [She jumps up and hugs him. SD is taken back slightly by surprise but seconds later, returns the favor]
SD: Like I said... that's what Friends are for... oh by the way... another way to help you out...
Cream: Hm?
SD Don't worry about the Pain your Inflicting... because ether way, the White Mages here heal it as it is, it's their Job. [SD looks behind him, as he speaks the White Mages are Casting Life 2 on Haroosh, reviving him and explaining his loss] Now go along, it's best for you to get ready, Wolf is no Pushover and he's not just gonna LET you win...
Cream: O.K. then [Her tears have finally stopped. she runs off to get ready]
SD: [kinda to himself] Dark times are upon us. please do take care, Cream the Rabbit... [looks away and closes his eyes] Your mother would Kill me if anything happened to you. it would be very Bloody and messy indeed. and I wouldn't blame her...
[SD Walks off, back to the stands to watch the Next Match...]
