Fred: FIGHT!

"Heh, this shall be interesting won't it, Fayt?" Jango said as he emerged in his power suit form.

"I trust it shall, but don't count on your winning," Fayt said, "But if you somehow should win, I'll let you have something very special."

"Let's go then," Jango blasted toward Fayt and grabbed him. He slammed Fayt against the wall and let him slide down.

Fayt then made a lightning bolt come down on Jango, causing him to fall to the ground.

Jango used his technique to make all magic stop working.

Fayt did a series of Dimension Door/Sidekick cancel combos dealing major damage to Jango. The Manalorian saw Fayt's opening and punched him in the face before using his Limit Breaker, Slave 1.

Slave 1 emerged and open fired on him while Jango boarded. The ship did a lot of damage to Fayt. Fayt destroyed the ship with his Erethral Blast. For a moment it appeared that Fayt had won but a bag was thrown from the wreckage at his feet. It blew up, KOing him.

Jango emerged from the ship and limped over to Fayt. "Now we should get to talking about that prize."

Fred: GAME SET! The winner is... Jango...
