Match 8- Brey Vs Darth Revan

SD: Brey is one of my Old Traveling companions, and when I say old, I mean it
Brey: What's that supposed to mean!?
SD: Nothin!
Brey: You haven't changed a bit have you?
SD: I've only gotten better...
Bob: So how will Old Man Brey take on a Master of of the Dark side, Darth Revan
Bill: With "Old Man Kung Fu?" BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Brey: You'll see.
SD: He's a Good spellcaster...
Fred: FIGHT!!!

"I sense the power hidden beneath your appearance," Revan chuckled as he pulled out a lightsaber, "But you're no match for the darkside." Although I have had some trouble with old men lately..... the dark lord thought remembering his match vs. Mermaid Man.

[Brey Casts Bikill (Raises Attack)]

Revan used Force Armor.

OOC: Does the obvious.

[Brey Casts Bounce (It's just like wall, except it only works on the Caster AND the Reflected Spell goes back to ITs Caster]

OOC: The way you said that made it sound no different from wall.

Revan appeared over Brey and tried cutting at him down the middle as he landed.

[Well in a 1 on 1 there's no difference. But say it was 2 on 2. Wall could be casted on Ether Team mate OR ether Foe and the Reflected spell would hit a Random member of the Team who casted it. Bounce on a 2 on 2 Would only work for It's caster and send a Reflected Spell Directly Back to it's Source... That and the fact that Bounce is Dragon Quest and Wall is Final Fantasy]
[Brey sidesteps and Casts Chaos on Revan (If it works it Confuzes Revan. and DQ's Confuze works a Lot differently so be warned...)]

Revan was not affected by the attack. The Sith picked Brey up with the force and tried slamming him to the ground.

[Bounce Caused Revan to Pick himself up and Slam himself down, Brey Casts Snowstorm (Deals Moderate Ice damage)]

OOC: I thought we had this sorted out...... Force moves such as Force wave and Force Crush don't count as magic. Moves like Force Storm or Death Field do. I could have sworn we agreed back on SMBZ.

[That was a long time ago I don't remember much on that... And back then we were dealing with Final Fantasy Style Spells, Dragon Quest spells could have Different Effect, Perhaps?]

OOC: I dunno..... In a sense Revan is "moving the wall" around Brey to lift him up.

[And how would that work exactly?]

OOC: Its the Force, Revan would feel it if he was attacking himself. Thus he would reverse the attack a second time bypassing Brey's wall moving both the old man and his protection.

[Dosn't that go aginst "Can't Reflect twice" rule (Which works for both Bounce and Wall), And even then, you can't move both the old man and the Protection (Since they are seperate, not connected, You Probably could move both of them seperately but that would take more Energy wouldn't it?)]

OOC: Good point I didn't think of that and yes that would take more energy, a lot more energy. I could just use a de-spell type force move but this is more fun.

Despite, all of Revan's efforts he could not penetrate the protection. As a result he slammed himself against the ground. He took the damage from snowstorm.

"I have an idea," Revan chuckled. The sith lord raised himself into the air. Then he reversed his focus toward Brey and tried lifting him.

[OOOOOOO, Now that gets technical, Does that count towards the "Can't reflect twice" thing or does it not? (Since Revan's not really Reflecting it.) (We could be at that for a long time so let's make things Fair... Let's Get Another Admin to deside. Since A, Juno's usualy never on {He's got himself a Job now...} and B, He'd probably be Biased, let's get Dorko's Oppinion {This is why I have 3 different admin, and I probably should be adding a 4th one soorner or later})]

OOC: You mean ME!? jk.......

OOC:Whether it goes against the rule or not, Revan can get around the attack.

If redirecting his focus does count as reflecting, then Revan will attack himself first. If not, he can redirect like I said originally. So lets just assume Revan does whatever works from now on.

Revan used Force Breach to remove Bounce.

[It works, Brey Casts Bikill again]

Revan began choking Brey with the Force.

[Brey counters with Bounce]
SD: I'm impressed, Breys learned how to countercast as quicky as I do. which is a Major acomplishment for a man his age...

Revan did whatever worked to get through the Bounce and choke Brey. Bounce, however, made the sith's next action impossible so he released the old man after he had taken some damage.

[Brey casts Bikill once more]

"How boring, old man," Revan sighed, "Just attack, already." The Dark Lord used Force Enlightenment, a buff he rarely used.

He now had Master Speed, Master Armor, and Master Valor(magic defense).

OOC: I just remembered that Force Crush is a piercing attack that is not affected by Reflect, Bounce, or Wall. Not that it matters since I haven't used it yet, but it proves that Revan can bypass it for more energy. Trucid isn't able to do this with any move other than Crush.

[Ahh I'll keep that in mind for now on...]
[Brey casts Blizzard (Can't remember if I did this one yet. Deals Ice damage to all foes, most power of it's kind)]

Revan took some damage but Valor protected him greatly.

"There's one thing I want you to remember during this fight," Revan said appearing closer to Brey. He took out a grenade. "Don't watch the grenade."

He threw the grenade high into the air.

[Brew Attacks Darth Revan with his Staff]
Bill: Hey Look! A Grenade!
Bob: Uhh I don't think we're supposed to look at it bill...

Revan was hit and fell down, the grenade started to fall.

[Brey tried to strike again with an Overhead Blow from him staff.]

Revan rolled backwards. The grenade would have struck but it didn't.

[O.K. I'm not sure if I'm getting this whole grenade thing. Sorry to ask this but could you go into a bit more detail?]

Revan is using the Force to change its speed so Brey can't predict when it will strike. If the grenade was falling by gravity alone, it would have struck by now.

Brey: (Damn he's good) [Casts Blizzard again]

Blizzard caused Revan to drop the grenade, but just as it passed Brey's face, the Dark Lord pulled out a pistol and shot at the grenade.

Brey: (Way to good) [CRITICAL HIT! It KOs Bray]
Fred: GAME SET! The winner is... Darth Revan!

Revan put his weapons away and pumped his arm into the air to appeal to the crowd.

He ignored any further cheering he received and turned to Brey, "You were a worthy opponent."

Brey: you're... not half bad... yourself... whippersnapper...
